Cleaning Your Floor

At least once a week, dust mop or vacuum (without a beater bar) the floor; more often if it is a high-traffic area. This will help to keep the dirt and grit at bay that might scratch the vinyl surface. Soak up spills immediately so that they do not set.

Once a month, mop the floor with warm water. If water alone does not remove stains, add 1oz of ammonia to one gallon of water and mop with that prior to rinsing with plain water. You can also use the vinyl cleaner recommended by your floor manufacturer on their website.
